Rashmi Uday Singh launches Hospitality Hope at ITC Narmada, Ahmedabad
A Celebrity food critic, Rashmi Uday Singh has authored more than 40 books. She has won Gourmand World Cookbook award and Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres from the government of France.
Having trained with the BBC in London, Singh was selected to be Gordon Ramsay’s South India guide and also filmed with Gordon for Channel 4 ‘Great Escapes’. In the highly prestigious chefs competition Netflix series -The Final Table, Rashmi was selected to be the India food critic on the judging panel alongside Hassan Minaj and R. Madhavan.
HospitalityHope.org is a job portal she is financing with her personal savings. No revenue model, no sponsors. It is to connect the world. To enable job seekers in the hospitality industry to find suitable exciting jobs, internships, stages around the world.
IFEA members interacted with her at ITC Narmada, where she launched Hospitality Hope amid a grand dinner showcasing the best of the hotel’s dishes.  
On Tuesday, 26th December 2023, the hospitality and culinary professionals
gathered at ITC Narmada, Ahmedabad for an evening dedicated to Hospitality Hope, a global hospitality job portal. IFEA founder Anil Mulchandani spoke on the occasion about his work with Rashmi.

The event witnessed culinary delights from the kitchens of Peshawri, Yi Jing and Royal Vega as the sizzling barbeque grills were warmth to the pleasantly chilly night in Ahmedabad.
Rashmi praised the team at ITC Narmada for curating this evening.
The next day she visited many local food places with Ankita J Sharma, Nikunj Soni and Pooja Sangani.
