Rajasthan Day is celebrated on March 30 to commemorate the merger of four big princely states, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Bikaner, and Jaisalmer, to form the state of Rajasthan. Gujraj Foundation celebrated the day with a five day festival. The foundation collaborated with IFEA and SNS to organise a series of cooking competitions and workshops.

Daughter of Surendra Pal Deo of Karauli, and his wife, Yuvrani Narendra Kumari, Chandra Kumari now operates Bhavani Villa, a heritage homestay in Danta. This homestay has become known for its cuisine.

Sneha from the family that owns Hillock Hotel, one of the premier Mount Abu hotels, has set up a luxury hotel in Ahmedabad.
Reena Mohnot
A successful home chef, Reena Mohnot operates Dhora – Flavours of Rajasthan as a cloud kitchen. She handled the Marwari festival at House of MG.
Rajni and Kavita Purohit
Kavita founded Kavikrams Tawa Ice-creams and together with her mother-in-law organised food festivals of Bikaneri and Jaisalmeri food at House of MG.
Rinku Shah
Rinku Shah of Fusion Aahar has proven herself as an outstanding home cook, winning several prizes at prestigious competitions like Jain Masterchef 2020. She was a silver medalist at the International Dessert Competition in Malaysia. She has organised Jain culinary workshops.
Paramjeet Kaur Chhabda
Paramjeet has hosted several TV cooking shows and was honoured with the Best Chef Award.

A home chef with the brand Purvii’s Rasoi, she makes a wide-variety of pickles, jams and Rajasthani dishes.
