Mediterranean Masterclass
IFEA and SNS organised a Mediterranean cooking workshop with Natasha Celmi.
Natasha Celmi is a chef and award- winning author of two cookbooks. Her latest book – My Mediterranean Table is creating waves globally. Natasha lives between Italy, Germany and India with her Italian husband. This is the inspiration behind her food style- bringing together the best of Indian and European flavours, ingredients and cultures. Her workshops and dinner pop- ups are very popular.
As the event was held on 23rd January 2024,
Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Jayanti, just 3 days before Republic Day, Natasha was welcomed with a Khadi stole block printed with charkha motifs.
An appreciative audience attended the workshop and bought signed books.
