Kolhapur cooking workshop at Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad

IFEA and Aayna cookery club organised a cooking workshop of Kolhapuri and other Paschim Maharashtrian dishes at
Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad.

Chef Pramod Choughale taught dishes from his home city Kolhapur like Thalapith, Misal, Pithale,Kothimbir Wadi etc

A lavish high tea spread was sponsored by the hotel.

About 100 home chefs attended the workshop on 1st April 2023.
