IIHM organises awards in and around International Hospitality Day in different cities.

 

IFEA founder Anil Mulchandani was the Guest of Honour at the awards by IIHM Ahmedabad.

The Awards were presented by  The International Hospitality Council, London (IHC), in association with the International Institute of Hotel Management Ahmedabad.

International Hospitality Council’s three main objectives are to Celebrate Hospitality, Promote Hospitality and Educate Hospitality and it has been organizing the International Hospitality Day since 2016.

In the 2nd year, IHC inducted Mr Ratan Tata, Chairman Emeritus of Tata Sons, to the Hall of Fame. In subsequent years, Padma Shri Chef Sanjeev Kapoor and Michelin-starred Chef Raymond Blanc were also inducted to the Hall of Fame. IHC and IIHM have endeavored to bring the Global Hospitality industry together on common platforms for cross learning and sharing of best practices by World Leaders in Hospitality Excellence, Hospitality Education and Skills in the New World Order, Culinary Trends in the New World Order, Business Innovation and Creativity, Innovative Technology in the Hospitality Business and many more relevant topics that were the need of the hour.

 

Anil Mulchandani was also part of the nomination process for special awards like Woman Achiever, Hospitality with a Cause and Hospitality Influencer.
