COOK THE CLASSICS WORKSHOP AT WELCOMHOTEL BY ITC
IFEA and SNS Cooking Classes organised a cooking workshop for home chefs at Welcomhotel by ITC, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad.
Chef Bidyut Saha and Chef Pulak Jana taught popular dishes like Brocolli and Cheddar Soup, Mac & Cheese, Dal Makhani, and Dark Chocolate Peanut Tart together with the chef’s signature Juwar and Chukandar Kebab.
The workshop was followed by a scrumptious high tea hosted by the hotel.
