The Oats Pumpkin Wrap is a nutritionally balanced dish that includes macro and micronutrients. Rich in fibre, calcium, protein and iron, this wrap is a snack or one-dish small meal that can be enjoyed by people of all ages from children to seniors.
The perfect blend of nutrients in adequate amount makes this recipe a healthy option for lowering blood glucose and blood cholesterol levels.

Ingredients:
• Oats flour: 40 gm
• Wheat flour: 20 gm
• Pumpkin:50 gm
• Onion:30 gm
• Garlic:20 gm
• Capsicum:30 gm
• Cabbage:50 gm
• Chickpeas:30 gm
• Oil :30 ml
• Breadcrumbs(Preferably Whole Wheat Bread): 50 gms
• Salt: 1tsp
• Pepper powder:1 tsp
• Lemon juice: 1tsp
• Garam masala: 1 tsp
• Chilli flakes: 1 tsp
• Corriander:20 gm
• Garlic chutney: 40 gm
• Cheese: 50 gms
Method
Mix oats flour and whole wheat flour in a bowl.
Add salt,oil and luke warm water to the mixed flour, and knead till you make a smooth and soft dough.
In another bowl add boiled chickpeas and boiled pumpkin.
Mash them well, then add salt ,pepper,chilli flake ,garam masala powder,lemon juice and breadcrumbs.
Mix the contents of the bowl well then add coriander leaves
Shape the contents into patties/cutlets/croquettes/tikkis.
Now roll out the dough in the shape of a roti. Cook the roti.
Spread Garlic Chutney on the roti.
Wrap the roti around the tikkis. Fill the wrap with a salad of shredded cabbage, chopped capsicum and sliced onions.
Garnish with grated processed cheese.
To serve – Cut the wrap diagonally into 2 halves. Serve hot with a dip or sauce of your choice.
