Table setting and food plating workshop at The Street Circus by TQI

SNS Culinary Club with IFEA and Made in Ahmedabad organised a high tea at The Street Circus cafe ( @streetcircusahmedabad ).
Chef Udit (@the_yummy_domain ) conducted a workshop of table styling and IFEA home chef Seema Saiyyad @kingsmeal_seema taught subtle plating based on her experiences at Masterchef India.
The Three Quarters Indian Kitchen team served

Hummus Ki Chaat, Kung Pao Paneer, Street Style Barbeque Platter (Grilled Potatoes, Grilled Baby Corn, Grilled Mushroom, Grilled Brocolli), Adrak Pudina Chai with Pakwan Style Nachos, and Teriyaki Soba Noodles, together with hot and cold drinks.
