As part of the Food Festival of Women Chefs, IFEA in association with SNS and Prow Services organised a cooking competition at Sports Club.
The competition was sponsored by Chhaswala, Taj Sharbat and Baska Foods.
The contestants had to make dishes using Chhaswala’s paneer and bring it to Sports Club, the festival venue.
The jury comprising Novotel Ahmedabad’s Chef Shravan Sharma and two chef instructors from IIHM selected six contestants for the live round.
The six chefs were given a pantry with Taj Sharbat, fruits, dry fruits, chopped nuts, wafer biscuits, cookies, ice-cream, etc to make desserts in glasses. The winners were selected by a jury that included Chetna Patel.
The prizes were sponsored by Havells Galaxy and Taj Sharbat.
Baska Foods and Monita Technofoods were the gifting partners.
