IFEA and SNS collaborated to hold a Mango Cooking Competition at Sports Club during the Mango Mania Festival organised by Farm Se.
The contestants were asked to prepare a mango pickle, jam or chutney to bring to the venue. At the venue, a surprise ingredient was given to the contestant for adding to the item before presenting to the judge. They had to add any one Manpras spice blend to the pickle, jam or chutney.
The dishes were judged by Chef Rakesh Negi from Radisson Blu and the prizes were given by Sports Club Committee Members.
IFEA home chefs also exhibited their dishes and products at the festival.
