1. Your favourite cuisine?

My favourite cuisine is Oriental – I love the crisp and sharp flavour of Thai dishes such as green curry and basil chicken.

2. Your favourite dish at home?

I love home food. Kadhi pakora has been my favourite dish since
childhood and continues to be the highlight of my day when I get to
have it.

3. Which cities in India and/ or abroad would you rate as best for foodies?

In India, I recommend Mumbai which is a great place to try new concepts and different regional cuisines. I also recommend Goa for seafood lovers.

Abroad, I have enjoyed good food in Istanbul, Singapore, and London.

4. If you had a choice of starting a restaurant in any city which
would these cities be?

Mumbai has great spirit and the people there love to try new things. I would definitely love to explore the possibility of opening a restaurant in Mumbai.

5. Your most memorable meal?

Pork ribs at Naughty Noorie’s in Phuket/Bali is always a memorable experience.

6. How would you celebrate a Romantic meal?

My wife and I enjoy candle night meals by the sea.

 

7. If you were told you could plan your last meal what would it be like, what kind of setting and whom would you invite

I would prepare a meal at home consisting of home cooked food and invite all my loved ones – family and friends.
