Leftover Khichadi Handvo

This is one of the zero-waste recipes that is being promoted by FEA, using leftover khichadi. You can add veggies and cheese to the batter if you like.
Ingredients
1 cup left over khichadi
 2 cup suji
1 cup dahi
To Taste Red chilli powder, salt , green chillies, chopped coriander, mustard, sesame seeds.
Add a little water for proper consistency
Method
Mix all the ingredients, form a thick batter
Pour the batter into a greased pound cake tin.
Steam the batter with red chili powder, salt, green chilies, chopped coriander, mustard, sesame seeds till it becomes a cake.
Alternatively,  you can cook the batter with the condiments in a kadhai.
This batter can also be used to make versions of uttapam, appam or chilla/pudla.
